9. With reverse wiring low-voltage shielding function, under 220kV CVT bus grounding conditions, C11 can undergo 10kV reverse wiring dielectric loss measurement without disconnecting the line.
10. Overcurrent protection function, the instrument will not be damaged in case of short circuit or breakdown of the test object.
11. Grounding protection function, when the instrument is not grounded or poorly grounded, it will not enter the normal program and will not output high voltage.
12. Electric shock protection function, if the operator accidentally gets an electric shock, the instrument will immediately cut off the high voltage to ensure the safety of the test personnel.
