Or for precise dielectric loss measurement in laboratories. The instrument adopts an integrated structure, with built-in dielectric loss bridge, variable frequency power supply, test transformer, and standard capacitor. It uses frequency conversion anti-interference and Fourier transform digital filtering technology, fully automatic intelligent measurement, and the measurement data is very stable under strong interference. The measurement results are displayed on a large-screen LCD, and a built-in micro printer can print output.
Intelligent Heterodyne Anti-Interference Dielectric Loss TesterSafety Measures:
1. Before using this instrument, be sure to read this manual carefully.
2. The operator should have general knowledge of electrical equipment or instruments.
3. The instrument should avoid severe vibration.
4. The instrument must be reliably grounded to prevent electric shock hazards.
5. After the test, press the reset button and turn off the power switch. It is strictly forbidden to disassemble or assemble test cables and replace oil samples while powered on.

Working Principle
The instrument measurement circuit includes a standard circuit and a test circuit, as shown in Figure 3.
The standard circuit consists of a built-in high-voltage stable standard capacitor and a standard resistor network. The computer collects the current amplitude and phase difference of the standard circuit and the test circuit in real time, and calculates the capacitance value (CX) and dielectric loss (tgδ) of the tested sample.
The data acquisition circuit uses high-voltage stable components throughout. The acquisition board and acquisition computer are completely floating and shielded by an iron box, and the instrument shell is grounded and shielded. In addition, anti-interference technologies such as optical data transmission, floating ground, large-area ground, single-point ground, and digital filtering are used. Combined with the computer processing data from hundreds of power grid cycles, the measurement results are stable, accurate, and reliable.
