Cable Live Line Identifier Function Introduction
Main unit dimensions: 400mm×270mm×210mm
Receiver dimensions: 155mm×205mm×50mm
The functions of each part of the DLSB cable identifier main unit are as follows:
1. Power switch: Controls the power on/off of the entire unit.
2. Power input socket: Use the dedicated power cord provided with the instrument to input 50Hz, 220V AC power. When in use, the instrument should use a three-hole power socket independently, and the socket grounding wire should be directly connected to the ground nearby.
3. Fuse holder: The instrument uses a 10A fuse; when damaged, replace it with a fuse of the same specification.
4. Black binding post: During testing, insert the matching black test lead (Ф4 plug) into this jack, and connect the other end's test clip to the system ground.
5. Red binding post: During testing, insert the matching red test lead (Ф4 plug) into this jack, and connect the other end's test clip to the cable core under test.
6. Meter: Indicates the output current level.
7. Output adjustment: Used to adjust the current level of the main unit. Adjust appropriately according to the length of the cable under test and the receiver indication. Rotate clockwise to increase the output current.
The functions of each part of the receiver are as follows:
1. Power switch: Turns the receiver power on and off.
2. Amplitude adjustment: Rotate clockwise to increase the meter reading on the receiver; rotate counterclockwise to decrease the reading.
3. Meter: Indicates the amplitude and polarity of the input signal.
4. Power indicator light: When the power switch is turned on, the indicator light is on.
