Variable Frequency Anti-interference Dielectric Loss Tester
Darui Electric recommends for you:
The Variable Frequency Anti-interference Dielectric Loss Tester is a high-precision instrument for fully automatic measurement of dielectric loss tangent and capacitance of various high-voltage power equipment at power plants, substations, and other sites. The main power is generated by the internal inverter of the instrument, which is then boosted by a transformer for testing the test object.

Functional Features
1. The instrument performs fault analysis.
2. Strong anti-interference capability, maintaining stable and reliable results even at 500KV (or higher) voltage levels in substations; supports both single-frequency testing and 45/55Hz dual-frequency testing.
3. The test voltage is applied with "slow rise and slow fall" to effectively prevent the "capacitive rise" effect, protecting the safety of the test object and the instrument.
4. The Variable Frequency Anti-interference Dielectric Loss Tester implements pre-protection against overcurrent and overload, quickly cutting off the test power supply to protect the test object and the instrument.
5. The test cables are made of silicone rubber and other special insulating materials, lightweight and flexible, and can be used on the ground at 10KV voltage level.
6. The instrument comes with an electronic perpetual calendar and large storage capacity, capable of memorizing 100 sets of test data.
7. The instrument is equipped with a standard RS232 interface, allowing a large amount of test data to be uploaded to a large computer for use.
Usage Precautions
1. This instrument can only be used on de-energized equipment; other equipment may remain energized.
2. The instrument has a built-in voltage boosting device; pay attention to the insulation of high-voltage leads and personnel safety.
3. The instrument should be reliably grounded.
4. Before using this instrument to test equipment, perform insulation testing on the equipment first.
5. Determine the voltage withstand level of the equipment and correctly select the instrument's voltage boost level to prevent breakdown of the equipment and damage to the instrument.
6. Although the special high-voltage cables provided with the instrument have passed factory inspection, they should still be kept away from the human body during measurement.
7. Input voltage is AC220V±10%; exceeding this range may affect test accuracy. The maximum input voltage is AC264V; exceeding this value will cause permanent damage, and the manufacturer will not provide warranty.
8. The printer may experience paper jams due to loose paper rolls during transportation; simply remove the roll, tighten it, and reinstall it.
9. The instrument should be protected from moisture and severe vibration.
10. When powered by a generator, the output neutral line should be grounded; otherwise, a grounding error will be indicated.
