People's Daily Online, Xi'an, March 28 (Reporter Jiang Feng) The reporter learned from the Xi'an Municipal Commission for Discipline Inspection that regarding the cable issue of Xi'an Metro Line 3, the following 12 people are suspected of violating discipline: Tang Hongbo, former deputy director of the Xi'an Metro Office (currently Secretary of the Party Leadership Group and Executive Vice Chairman of the Xi'an Association for Science and Technology); Wang Junqi, deputy section chief of the Planning Division and concurrently deputy section chief of the First Engineering Division of the Xi'an Underground Railway Construction Command Office; Yuan Dawei, head of the Civil Engineering Second Department of the First Engineering Division of Xi'an Metro Co., Ltd.; Li Qiangli, head of the Mechanical and Electrical Division of the Contract Budget and Final Accounts Division of Xi'an Metro Co., Ltd.; Yang Shaoxuan, deputy general manager of the Operation Branch of Xi'an Metro Co., Ltd.; Li Jun, chief of the Inspection Corps of the Xi'an Quality and Technical Supervision Bureau; He Junlong and Xin Xiangmin, deputy chiefs of the Inspection Corps; Cui Xiaojun, section chief of the Second Inspection Section; Mao Linbo, section chief of the Eighth Inspection Section; and Ou Mingli, a principal staff member of the Inspection Corps. They are currently under organizational review.
