Heilongjiang Panji Engineering Project Management Co., Ltd. is entrusted by Heilongjiang Provincial Hospital to conduct a competitive consultation for the cable line renovation of Heilongjiang Provincial Hospital. Suppliers with construction capabilities are welcome to participate in this consultation activity.
7.2 Suppliers participating in this project's consultation must be registered and approved on the Heilongjiang Provincial Government Procurement Network;
7.3 Suppliers must possess a Grade III qualification for general contracting of electric power engineering construction issued by the construction administrative department, and obtain a safety production license. They must also be able to meet the requirements of this project in terms of equipment, personnel, and funds, and hold valid certificates. The constructor must pass the safety production assessment and obtain a safety production assessment certificate (Type B), which must be valid; and there must be no ongoing projects.
7.5 Associated enterprises with investment participation relationships, or parent-subsidiary companies with direct management and managed relationships, or subsidiaries of the same parent company, or two or more companies with the same legal representative, shall not bid for the same section at the same time; otherwise, their bids will be rejected.
7.7 Enterprises from other provinces (cities) intending to participate in this project's bidding must log in to the Heilongjiang Construction Network () and fill in the online registration management system for foreign construction enterprises entering Heilongjiang (the online registration information form for single project bidding of foreign construction enterprises entering Heilongjiang).
7.8 Provide the proposed project management organization personnel. One quality inspector must hold a valid post certificate; one safety officer must hold a valid safety production assessment certificate.
7.10 This project's consultation requires the legal representative of the participating enterprise or the authorized project manager assigned for this project to be present.
