Detailed Introduction to SXJS-IV Anti-Interference Dielectric Loss Tester
I. Overview
This instrument is an advanced device for measuring dielectric loss (tgδ) and capacitance (Cx). It is used to measure the dielectric loss (tgδ) and capacitance (Cx) of various insulating materials, insulating bushings, power cables, capacitors, transformers, and other high-voltage equipment under power frequency high voltage. It replaces the QSI high-voltage bridge, featuring simple operation, Chinese display, printing, ease of use, no conversion required, built-in high voltage, strong anti-interference capability, and short test time. It is our factory's third-generation intelligent dielectric loss tester.

III. Structure
The instrument adopts an integrated structure of voltage boosting and measurement, with output voltage adjustable in five gears from 2.5KV to 10KV to meet various needs. No external equipment is required during measurement. The wiring is similar to that of the QSI bridge but more convenient.
Figure 1 shows the instrument operation panel, and Figure 2 shows the instrument terminal panel.
(1) Display window------------------------LCD screen.
(2) Test voltage selection switch--------------When the switch is set to "Off", the instrument has no high-voltage output.
(3) Operation keyboard---------------------Select measurement mode, start, stop, print, and other operations.
(4) Power socket---------------------Fuse rated at 5A.
(5) Power switch---------------------Power on/off.
(6, 7) Start indicator lights--------------------Indicate high-voltage output.
(8) Printer-----------------------Print test results.
★(9) Ground terminal-------------------Before use, the terminal must be reliably grounded!!!
★(10) Measurement current output terminal IX------------There are two output leads: the center lead (red, marked CX) should be connected to one end of the test object; the shield lead (black, marked E) is an output terminal of the internal high-voltage transformer. In the positive connection method, it should be grounded; in the reverse connection method, it should be left floating; for external connection, refer to "External High-Voltage Method".
★(11) Standard current input terminal IN-----------Only used when measuring with an external standard capacitor. This terminal should be connected to one end of the external standard capacitor. IN must be less than 100mA!!!
(12) Measurement high-voltage output terminal UH-----------Only one large iron clamp lead (marked UH) is provided, which connects to one end of the test object and is the other output terminal of the internal high-voltage transformer.
