(January 2022)". The handling result shows that Qiyuan Electric Co., Ltd. was given 1 demerit point due to quality issues with low-voltage power cables. From January 15, 2022 to July 14, 2022, the company's bidding qualification for 10(20)kV and below cables was suspended for 6 months.
According to industrial and commercial public information, Qiyuan Electric Co., Ltd. was established on August 5, 2015. Its business scope includes production and sales of power transmission and distribution equipment, plastic products, wires and cables, high and low voltage switch cabinets, vacuum switches, disconnectors, fuses, lightning arresters, insulators, transformers, iron components, metering boxes, power fittings, and integrated primary and secondary equipment; undertaking external processing business, technical consulting; installation of water conservancy and power engineering; import and export of goods or technology (excluding those prohibited by the state or subject to administrative approval). (Projects requiring approval according to law can only be carried out after approval by relevant departments.)
In order to promote honest performance of suppliers, ensure product quality, ensure smooth construction of power grids and safe and reliable power supply, according to the relevant provisions of the "State Grid Corporation Supplier Bad Behavior Handling Management Rules" (hereinafter referred to as the "Rules"), suppliers with major product quality problems and dishonest performance have been dealt with. The handling measures can only be lifted after the handling period expires, and the supplier has rectified and passed the acceptance by relevant units or departments.
